Thanks to everyone that made it to our Pizza and Beer pairing event. Special thanks to Peter Vanderlinden and Craig for putting it all together and to Jody and Jeremy for their help to make it run so smoothly. Top pairing was "Not your grandmas chicken wild rice" with chicken, smoked cheddar and Alfredo sauce paired with Lake Monster Brewing Last Fathom. Second place was Zorba the "Geek" with minced anchovies, Kalamata olives, caramelized red onion and feta paired with Fulton Brewing Libertine.

Don't forget the beer and pizza pairing event at Dining Car #423 TODAY Saturday May 6 at 5pm and 7pm. We are only preparing for 20 in each time slot so if you haven't commited, you may be dissappointed! PS >> Ouside seating available and it's going to be a beautiful day!

Dining Car #423 will be teaming up with Pete Vanderlinden for a gourmet flat bread pizza and beer pairing! You get 6 sample sized slices carefully matched with 6 of our in house Minnesota craft brews for 20 bucks!!Serving begins at 5 pm and 7 pm this Saturday night.
