Happy Syttende Mai ! In honor of the holiday our lunch special today will be: mixed green salad with roasted salmon, cucumber, asparagus, hard cooked egg, and onion with a creamy dill dressing and our homemade Lefse ( thank you Lissa). Today's dessert is strawberry rhubarb crumble pie and oatmeal caramelitas bars.
