Description
Fresh ingredients in the region from some of the best staff in town! The city of Eagle will be welcoming a new neighborhood restaurant. Grit plans to open early this fall, and will surely become a community favorite. Grit will embrace Idaho by offering seasonal menus featuring ingredients from Idaho farmers and producers.
Grit will feature a variety of menu options including house smoked bacon, pastrami, and ham, hand tossed pizzas, as well as a new take on restaurant favorites such as fried chicken and steak.
Don't forget dessert. Grit will be serving up unique soft serve ice cream as well as other sweet treats! To quench your thirst, you can expect a small but unique wine list, as well as, a selection of craft beers.
We will be open for weekend brunch that is sure to wow, with farm fresh eggs and a brunch menu you won't find anywhere else!
Not only will Grit feature Idaho farmers and producers, but also features murals from Boise native and Eagle High graduate, Lukas Evergreen.

HEY! Grit will be at Foodfort tomorrow! WHAT?!?! That's right. Saturday, March 24, from 4-8 pm in the Alefort tent. Chef Paul Faucher will be serving up the Kelso burger: House Grind Burger with pickled jalapenos, sharp cheddar and burger sauce plus spiced kettle chips. Ingredients sourced locally from WATERWHEEL GARDENS, Acme Bakeshop, Porterhouse Market, and Starlight Herb & Spice Co. Come down! Amor por el taco! Valentine’s Day & Taco Tuesday all rolled into one. What’s not to love? On Tuesday, February 14, Grit will offer a prix fixe special for everybody in love (with tacos)! For $30 per person, we are offering tacos for two! You’ll have three courses of tacos - tempura halibut tacos, just-out-of-the-smoker pork tacos, and adobo glazed flatiron steak tacos - plus chips & salsa, a warm chocolate cake dessert with sauces (recommended to take home!), and non-alcohol drinks. Alcohol, tax and gratuity not included. Call us at 208 576 6666 for reservations. Tables will be setup family style to enhance the fun so feel free to bring a group!
