Offering weekly guided classes, silent meditation times, special events, trainings, etc. Our mission is to create a beautiful, peaceful space and a community (Sangha) to unite, learn, and practice all forms, traditions, and lineages of meditations.  

Just as we brush our teeth and nourish our body, we must also take care of our minds....cleaning up, clearing space, and tending to our mental hygiene.

Susan Gwaltney Susan completed her Iyengar Yoga teacher's training in 1997 and has been teaching Yoga in over a dozen countries ever since. She completed her Kundalini Yoga 70+ hour teacher's training module in South Africa, to return this October for completion. She has been teaching Kundalini Yoga for 3 years. Susan is a certified Vibrational Sound Therapist who offers treatments for individual clients and performs Sound Healing Concerts for groups.

Thai yoga bodywork: ​Practitioner training Learn the practice of traditional Thai yoga bodywork, one of the main branches of Thai Medicine which aims at stimulating the flow of energy within the body by working the Sen lines, the body's energetic pathways. Within the human body, energy flows along a network of channels known as Sen. Health is a state of balance or harmony between these energies and dis-ease is seen as imbalance in this flow of energy. By creating more space in these physical lines through palming, stimulating acupressure points, and yogic stretches, this energy can flow more freely. Throughout this training, you will learn the true intention and reason for the practice, as well as the theory and traditional method. This is a complete practitioners training (Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced levels) to give you a good foundation, understanding, techniques, and experience to begin a thriving practice! Restorative Yoga with Essential Oils

Restorative Yoga with Essential Oils Sunday July 30th 6:00-7:30pm Cost: $20 **Spots limited! Pre-registration required** Restorative Yoga is considered the “antidote to stress.” A way to truly melt away the tension in your shoulders, back, and hips built up by chronic stress and general tensions created as we move throughout day. Essential oils have a healing effect mentally, physically, and emotionally. When inhaled through the nose, tiny nerves send an immediate signal to the brain and go straight to work on the systems that moderate our minds and bodies. When applied to the skin, their healing components are absorbed into the bloodstream by the pores and hair follicles. This 90min. class will begin with gentle movements infused with deep breath, then sinking into restorative yoga postures where every curve of the body is completely supported by props and enjoyed for 10-15 minutes. While in each pose you will be guided through meditation and breath awareness for the body and mind to sink into a complete state of relaxation and enjoy the smell of the oils, as well as them gently massage into your neck, hands, and feet. Please wear comfortable clothes. This class is great for ALL LEVELS. Teacher: Jessica Bowles, E-RYT 500 Jessica has been practicing yoga and meditation since 1996, receiving her 230hr RYT training through Bodhi Tree Yoga School in Charlotte NC and her 500hr RYT from Asheville Yoga Center. She has also taught these healing practices in the Lake Norman area for the past 10 years.
