Synergy is a mind/body studio offering a diverse class schedule of yoga, Pilates, meditation, and strength training in Cookeville, TN. Synergy--the combined working together of two or more parts of a system, so that their combined effects create a whole that is greater than the sum of the efforts of the individual parts.
In our case, Synergy is a mind/body studio--a creative space focused on helping individuals chart their personal paths to wellness; an aesthetic environment created specifically for mind/body discipline, with well-trained professionals providing instruction on an individual or group basis. Our mission is first and foremost to provide high-quality mind/body programming in the Upper Cumberland region. We serve clients of all levels, from beginners to accomplished practitioners. We offer a diverse class schedule, 6 days a week (and sometimes 7), featuring yoga, Pilates, meditation, therapeutic movement, and even a mind/body approach to strength training. We offer workshops, enrollment classes, and special events with guest teachers. Private, semi-private, and duet sessions are available by appointment. 🙌 Congratulations to our own Nicole Stoner, who just received NCPT status (Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher) from the PMA (Pilates Method Alliance)! Working diligently since 2017 on her credentials, she completed over 500 hours of professional teacher training, completing her comprehensive Pilates certification at The Spot in Bowling Green and sitting for the national exam—which of course she passed with flying colors! 😁 Nicole is a shining example of the character of a Synergy teacher—combining competence with compassion as she guides her clients and students on the path to a better quality of life. (And she does a heck of an Arabesque—see pics below!) We are very proud of her—and honored that she is a part of our studio! You can take Nicole’s Pilates mat class at noon on Mondays, her equipment group at 3 p.m. on Tuesdays, and catch her in the Tuesday and Thursday night Pilates rotation.
