AIDA Bistro & Wine Bar AIDA Bistro & Wine Bar specializes in classic Italian favorites as well as an eclectic mix of non-traditional entrees & small plates from a variety of culinary & cultural backgrounds. We are open for both lunch and dinner.

We have crafted three different dinner menus options with different price points; Prix Fixe, Small Plate & Entrée or Ala Carte. Our FARM 2 TABLE initiative continues to feature locally produced items in our menus.

Our menu focuses on fresh, nutritious and fairly priced Italian & Mediterranean style Bistro food. Although it has an Italian core of entrees and freshly made pasta, the Chef adds Weekly Specials to the menus which are both contemporary and non-traditional Italian.

We offer a three course prix fixe menu which changes weekly and is available with hand chosen wine & beer flights to compliment the meal.

We have installed the largest Wine on Tap System in the Maryland and one of the largest in the U.S. with 20 Wines on Tap.

Fresh Wines
We are proud to offer a system that provides the best wine tasting experience a restaurant and wine bar can offer. The freshest tasting wines, from the first drop to the last. We offer a large diversity of wines available in four different sizes; a taste, a glass, a half carafe and a full carafe. Excellent quality wines at prices that could not be offered for these same wines by the bottle.

Local & National Offerings

We offer wines from all over the country with a focus on the best local wines available. Because of our unique relationship with each winery, we can offer many wines that have not yet been released and in some cases have not yet been bottled. We have made an effort to source from local producers and now have wines from White Hall and Stone Mountain, both Virginia Wineries. We also offer wines from Melville, Zenaida Cellars, Calera, Dancing Coyote, Frogs Leap (100% Organic)& Flying Goat from California. We also feature Big Fire Wines from R Stuart in Oregon.

Going Green is a Big Part of What we Offer
For each keg that is filled, we save 25 bottles, corks, enclosures, labels and various packaging materials. We recycle the kegs, sending them back to the winery to refill with the next varietal or vintage. This means that not only is our wine the freshest possible but that we are saving various landfills from thousands of bottles and other materials, which is growing each day as you enjoy our wines.
