Description
Located in Clarksville, IN, Gateway Park features an adventure playground, splash pad, shelter house, restrooms, and festival space. Gateway Park is a four-acre park, currently under construction at 500 Little League Boulevard. Scheduled for completion in Fall 2015, the park will feature a splash pad, adventure playground, shelter house, restrooms, an event space, and a covered stage area. This new space will be the future home of outdoor concerts & movies, festivals, and special events.

facebook.comHEADS UP: We've received several comments about the surface of the Gateway Park Splash Pad being too slippery. We are going to have crews laying down a new 'textured' surface, to help avoid slips and falls. The splash pad will be CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC on July 5th and July 6th for the installation.
Just a reminder that the Gateway Park splash pad is only open from 9:00am-9:00pm. The water is set on a timer and will not turn on outside of those times.

We're making some improvements to Gateway Park. The area near the slide was part astro turf and part natural grass. Unfortunately, the natural area couldn't handle the high use, so we just replaced it all with astro turf. We think it looks great! More good news in the playground area. Many parents told us it was too hard for kids to climb down from Kaluzny's Clubhouse. You spoke and we listened! A new slide will be installed on the clubhouse next week!

The splash pad at Gateway Park is now closed. We will re-open again in the spring. Thanks for a great season!
