Just a reminder that our Spring Yard Sale is being held this Saturday from 8am-1pm! Our slots for tables are full and it's supposed to be a beautiful day on Saturday, so it should be a great time! We hope to see you out there 🌞

Holly Point's Annual Spring Yard Sale will be held on Saturday, April 28th this year! The Yard Sale will be from 8am-1pm in front of the community center. Residents- please call the leasing office at 757-424-7867 to sign up for a table. Hurry- we only have 25 tables available. We look forward to seeing you out there!

Holly Point has some big news! Congratulations are in order for two members of our staff. Jody, our former Assistant Manager, has been promoted to Property Manager of our sister property, Cottage Trails at Culpepper Landing. Stepping up into the Assistant Manager position for Holly Point is Jenn, our former leasing consultant. Congrats Ladies!

A very happy birthday to Vickie, our property manager, and John, our service manager! They both celebrated birthdays within the past week. Be sure to say "happy birthday' to them when you see them on the property!

The Holly Point Leasing Office will be open from 12pm-3pm on Sunday 12/31, and closed on Monday 1/1. We'll re-open with normal hours on Tuesday, 1/2. We hope our residents have a safe and wonderful new year!
