Free Downtown Parking for the Holidays! Market Street Garage Weekends Friday at 5pm-Sunday starting November 17, 2017 through January 1, 2018 In addition the new metered parking is Free for the Holidays Monday-Friday starting November 17-January 1 - remember the two hour limit still applies.
