I'm Sensei Cruz, chief instructor of Shotokan Karate-Do Academy. My mission is to form integral people more than athletes and obtain values more than medals. My goal is to promote in the student the respect, courage, honesty, strength, discipline and responsibility. I believe that the student must obtain a real vision of life through karate. Know that goals are achieved by effort, that life is not always fair and not always easy. That sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. But If we focus on the road the objectives will be met and the goals will be reached.
