We're creating community solutions to break the cycle of domestic violence. Transition House offers a range of safe housing options that include an emergency shelter, transitional housing and supported housing in scattered site apartment units. We offer holistic support services and a full spectrum of advocacy to individuals and families. Our youth leadership program, Youth Action Corps, empowers teens as peer leaders and educators in violence prevention.
