Established in 2016, Gaku Ramen offers authentic Japanese ramen, the ultimate comfort food, at an affordable price point. The soon-to-be all-day menu features traditional Tonkotsu, Shoyu, Miso and Vegetarian ramen soup bowls as well as a variety of starters and salads. The bar offers both Japanese and Vermont craft beers, wines by the glass and bottle, and a selection of sake. We look forward to seeing you.
