For our photo of the week, we celebrate Natalie. It has been over two years since her bi-vent repair for #HLHS at Boston Children's and we are thrilled to report she received good news at her recent checkup. As you can see in the photo below, she is having a great time playing in the snow and making a baby snowman with her older sisters.

Save the date! The second annual Cardiac Neurodevelopmental Family Symposium will be held at the Inn at Longwood on October 20, 2018. This event brings together parents and professionals who care for children with #CHD, and will include topics such as managing sleep and feeding problems, preparing children for medical procedures, and more. Cardiologist Jane Newburger, MD, geneticist Amy Roberts, MD, psychologist Lauren Mednick, PhD., and cardiac surgeon Luis Quinonez, MD are among a lineup of expert speakers. Olivia from Massachusetts is our next March #MondayMilestone. Last month, this happy 5-month-old heart warrior celebrated her first Heart Month with us. Liam is one of the many heart warriors that celebrated Heart Month with us last month and he is our photo of the week! He has been a patient at Boston Children's under the care of Dr. Baird, Dr. deFerranti, Dr. Mah and their incredible team. He has endured 8 surgeries and 2 pacemaker procedures but this 7-year-old is not letting anything get in the way of his great attitude and smile. All the best to you Liam!
