Saturnia
Description
The community of Saturnia is considered to be the crown jewel of West Boca, offering the most discerning family the very best in non-country club living. The community of Saturnia is located in the beautiful city of Boca Raton, Florida. The Saturnia development is a guard gated community with lushly landscaped grounds and it is comprised of 400 elegant single-family homes. The residences here were built by GL Homes, a well respected builder known for developing well built and very popular communities. The Saturnia community was built between the late 1990s and the early 2000s and features homes with 4, 5 or 6 bedrooms that range in size from 2500 square feet to nearly 5000 square feet of living space.
Saturnia's lovely Mediterranean-styled clubhouse is filled with every amenity that residents could desire. The relaxing and refreshing resort styled swimming pool is surrounded by a deck offering both ample sunny areas for sunbathing and shady spots to help you keep cool. There is also a top-notch fitness facility that is well equipped with all the features a fitness buff would expect. Of course the clay tennis courts and children's outdoor play area are also popular as well.
Residents who live in Saturnia love its convenient locale to the best that Boca has to offer. The children in the community will enjoy a very short walk to the A rated Sunrise Elementary and Eagles Landing middle schools that are just across the street from the community. The South County Regional public park is located just around the corner as well. Commuters will love the easy access to both the Florida Turnpike, 595 and The Sawgrass Expressway, making the morning and evening commute feel like less of a chore.
