It is looking to be a great weekend! Our weekend visitation has increased significantly. So if your headed out to the park this weekend and are unable to get in due to lack of parking we wanted to give you some local options for an enjoyable day outside! We would love to hear your ideas for for an enjoyable day out!

The roads are clear and the park is open until 6 pm.
With the possibility of inclement weather overnight there may be delays in the opening off the Linwood Access, Sparrow Springs Access and Boulders Access on Sunday February 4, 2018. Please call the park before you come to find out if there are any closings. Stay safe!

Sparrow Springs, Linwood and Boulders Access are all open! Currently the only closure will be the lake lot due to ice. The Linwood Access Area is full at this time.
The Sparrow Springs Access and Linwood Access are open. The Boulders Access remains closed.
Linwood and Boulders Accesses will remain closed today and the Sparrow Springs Access is open with limited visitor services. Be mindful the roads around the park and in the park are still in the shade and have not begun to melt so use extreme caution. The trails will remain icy for days so dress appropriately, bring extra supplies and use caution.
Tomorrow Thursday the 18th the park will open as the temperatures rise and it is safe to enter the park. Secondary roads around the park are going to be icy. Please call the park for current conditions and access openings.
