facebook.com“It Is Time to Get Your Life in Order” Psalms 37:23 What do you do when you see something that says “out of order?” What do you do when you see a sign on a restroom door that says “out of order?” You do not use it. Why? Because you know that it is not functioning properly. What do you do when you see a machine that says “out of order?” A coke machine or a candy machine? You will not put your money in it. Why? Because you know that you could lose your money. The Lord knows that when your life is out of order you are not usable, and He could lose what He has invested in you. He knows that He is wasting His time blessing a life that is out of order. Are you holding up the blessing of the Lord in your life because your life is out of order? This is a good time to get your life in order. Here is the key to getting your life in order: Matthew 6:33 says, “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” Make sure that you are in the place of seeking Him and putting Him first in your life. In Proverbs 3:6 it says, “In all thy way acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths.” You need to recognize His existence. Do not live your life as though He does not exist. If you will do this, He will direct your path. God has an awesome plan for our lives if we will just allow Him to order our steps. It is time to get your life in order.
The Daily WORD by Bishop Ronald Hardy, Sr. “Fear Get Out of Here” Job 3:25 It is important to know that fear is not of God. II Timothy 1:7 says, “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power and of love, and of a sound mind.” Fear is not of God. Why? Because fear can have a negative effect on our lives. We must get fear out of our lives, because it can affect us emotionally and physically. My former Pastor said these words, “Fear is simply false evidence appearing real.” Many times we are afraid of things that never happen. This is why you cannot allow fear to work in your life, because many times it is over things that will never happen. Faith and fear cannot co-exist. The secret to getting fear out of your life is to strengthen your faith. Faith will put you in the driver seat. Why? Because, faith is the assurance of things to come. Here is the last thing I want to point out concerning fear. Just like faith has a voice, fear has a voice. Through your mouth, you are either releasing faith into the atmosphere or you are releasing fear into the atmosphere. Each one of them has the ability to produce. Why? Because, death and life is in the power of the tongue; and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof. (Proverbs 18:21) You must get rid of fear, because you will begin to speak out of your fear, and it will eventually produce that very thing in your life. Job 3:25 says, “For the thing which I greatly feared is come upon me, and that which I was afraid of is come unto me.” This is why you must tell fear to get out of here.
The Daily WORD by Bishop Ronald Hardy, Sr. “There is a Payback Time” Isaiah 61:7 The Prophet Isaiah foretells of the deliverance of the Jews out of Babylon, which would eventually result in them returning to their homeland. It was promised to them that the decayed areas would be repaired, and they would be called the Priest of the Lord. They would also inherit the riches of those who did not know the Lord, and receive honor and joy for the shame and sorrow that they went through. When I think about the word shame, I think that it represents being disgraced, embarrassed or humiliated. Many times this shame may have nothing to do with what you did or did not do. Ask Job or Paul and Silas about it. There was nothing that they did to cause the shame. My word to you today is, “The Lord has kept the books, and there will be a payback time.” In verse 7, God assures His people that they would receive double for their shame. “For your shame ye shall have double; and for confusion they shall rejoice in their portion: therefore in their land they shall possess the double: everlasting joy shall be unto them.” Wherever the enemy has tried to disgrace, embarrass, or humiliate you, please know that there will be a payback time.
The Daily WORD by Bishop Ronald Hardy, Sr. “Who is First in your Life?” Colossians 1:18 The writer lets us know that Jesus Christ is the head of the church, which is the body of Christ. He directs, controls, guides and governs the church. Now, when I speak of the church, I am not speaking of the building itself. I am speaking of us as believers. We are the church of the Lord Jesus Christ. He is supposed to be the head of our lives. This means that He should direct, control, guide and govern our lives. He should have the preeminence. Preeminence – the fact of surpassing all others; superiority This speaks to us that Jesus should be first in our lives. My question to you today is, “Who is first in your life?” Why is this so important? Because, whoever is first in your life will have the control or greatest influence over you. If it is not the Lord, then your life is out of order. This will cause you to miss out on God’s best for your life. I have witnessed people living below God’s best for their lives, because the Lord was not first in their lives. I have watched people walk away from the Lord, because someone else or something else was first in their lives. The rich young ruler walked away from the Lord, because his riches were first in his life. Here is the blessing of the Lord being first in your life. Matthew 6:33 says, “But seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” When He is first, everything else will be added unto you. Who is first in your life?
The Daily WORD by Bishop Ronald Hardy, Sr. “No Short Cuts” Proverbs 28:20 There are no short cuts to experiencing true success in life. Too many people have tried to take a short cut to try to get to a particular place of success. In many cases, taking a short cut will cause you to skip over the things that are most important to your success. In this scripture, the writer is letting us know that when someone tries to take a short cut to being rich, it will cause an individual to do some dishonest things. Here is the problem with this. The man or woman who abandoned the principle of honesty in the quick pursuit of riches, will find themselves having to continue to live by the same thing it took them to get there. This will sooner or later catch up with them. I know that you have seen this happen to someone. Here is what He tells them in that same verse, “A faithful man shall abound with blessings.” The key to true success is to be faithful. Faithful - to be loyal, constant and steadfast; to be devoted or dedicated. My word to you today is to remain steadfast with a constant devoted commitment to accomplishing your goals. Remember that there are no short cuts.
The Daily WORD by Bishop Ronald Hardy, Sr. “God is Preparing You For Something in the Future” Jeremiah 29:11 You must know that the Lord has a great future in store for you. The Lord not only addresses our present, but He also sets up things for our future. I Corinthians 2:9 says, “But as it is written, eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him.” There are things that He has made ready in advance for you, but it is important to know what He is doing right now in your life. He is preparing you for what He has in store for your future or destiny. Why is this so important to know? Because, you must be open to what He is doing in your life right now. It is critical in preparing you for what He has in store for your future. I can remember at different times in my life that the Lord was putting me in uncomfortable situations that did not make any sense to me at the time. As a matter of fact, I did not even think it was necessary at the time. However, later on I found out that it was all preparing me for what He had in store for my future. In Jeremiah 29, the Lord was using the Babylon captivity period for to prepare his people for what He had in store their future. He told them in Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.” He is getting you ready for something in your future.
The Daily WORD by Bishop Ronald Hardy, Sr. “Overcoming Adversity” Proverbs 24:10 We all will experience some type of adversity in our lives. Adversity - distressful circumstances; misfortune; calamity; unexpected accident Even Job, being an upright and perfect man, experienced a day of adversity. Adversity will either make or break you. You will either become stronger, or fall under the pressure of it. Here is my word to you today. You can make it through any adversity in your life. You have to: 1. Draw closer to the Lord because He is the source of your strength. 2. Stay in His will. In other words, keep doing what He told you to do. 3. Do not sit still. Just keep going forth. As you continue on in these steps, the Lord will give you the strength to make it through. Here is a scripture to encourage you. Psalm 34:19 says, “Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the Lord delivereth Him out of them all.” Please know that the Lord will give you the victory over every adversity you will face. You already have the victory through Jesus Christ our Lord.

The Daily WORD by Bishop Ronald Hardy, Sr. “To Settle You” I Peter 5:9-10 The things we go through as children of God work to give us stability or settle us. In verse 10 it says, “But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.” It is just to settle you. Why? Because, what we go through is working the fruit of patience in us. A patient person is a more settled person. They are not easily moved. Romans 5:3 says, “And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation or what we go through worketh patience; and patience, experience; and experience, hope.” We gain so much experience in the midst of what we go through. The experience you gain, gives you the hope that you need, which works to settle you. Why is this so? When you have witnessed Him give you the victory time and time again, it gives you a sense of hope for the future. If He brought you through in the past, He will bring you through in the future. A settled person knows how to wait on the Lord based on what He has promised you. Hebrews 6:11-12 says, “And we desire that every one of you do shew the same diligence to the full assurance of hope unto the end. That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.” Hebrews 10:36 says, “For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.” This is why it is working to settle you.
The Daily WORD by Bishop Ronald Hardy, Sr. “Jesus is the Best Thing” Luke 10:38-42 Here is a story about two sisters who loved Jesus, and were loved by Jesus. In this story, Jesus entered into a certain village not far from Jerusalem where the sisters lived. Upon His arrival, Martha received Him into her hands. Her sister, Mary, sat at Jesus’ feet to hear His words. Martha was too busy at the time to receive what she needed from the Lord. She even complained to Jesus that Mary had left her alone to serve tables. Listen to the words that Jesus spoke to Martha in verses 41 and 42. “And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou are careful and troubled about many things: but one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.” He knew that the deep core to Martha’s problem is that she was worried and troubled about many things. This resulted in her being too busy to focus on what she needed the most, which was Him. She could not even sit still for the moment that Jesus was in her house. My question to you today: Are you a Mary or a Martha? Mary had time for the Lord, but Martha did not. Do not allow the enemy to rob you of the best thing for your life. He is what you will need the most. Take some quality time in His presence through prayer, studying His word and taking time to go to church to hear His words through the preacher. If you do this, the things that you are worried or troubled about will be taken care of, because they will be put in His hands. Remember that Jesus is the best thing.
The Daily WORD by Bishop Ronald Hardy, Sr. “Don’t focus on what you’re going through. Focus on what you’re going to.” Hebrews 12:1-2 Focus - the center of attention or interest What you go through is only a road map to what you are going to. Jesus had to go through being despised and rejected. He had to go through enduring the cross. The children of Israel had to go through the wilderness to get to the Promised Land. Here is a key thought to remember. What you are going through is a temporary thing. It is not your final destination. The end result will outweigh any thing you had to go through to get there. It will all be worth it in the end. The children of Israel spent so much time focused on what they were going through that they ended up walking away from the Promised Land that was flowing with milk and honey. The Lord decided to raise up their children to take them in, and He allowed them to die in the wilderness. In my closing, what you are going through cannot be compared to what you are going to. Listen to what the word of God says in Psalms 66:12, “Thou hast caused men to ride over our heads; we went through fire and through water: but thou broughtest us out in a wealthy place.” Do not focus on what you are going through. Focus on what you are going to.
The Daily WORD by Bishop Ronald Hardy, Sr. “Timing is Everything” Ecclesiastes 3:1 In this writing, Solomon speaks to the fact that every purpose has a time attached to it. The importance of knowing the right time for a specific thing is a big key to experiencing success, victory or a favorable outcome in the situation. Timing is everything. Timing - the choice, judgment or control of when something should be done. Have you ever felt like it was the right time to do something, but later found out that it wasn’t the right time to do it? I have been in the position of regretting that an action was taken at the wrong time before. There was nothing wrong with the particular action, but it was just the wrong time to do it. Here are some key steps you must take so that you can take the right action at the right time: 1. In Judges 18:5, they said unto the spiritual leader at that time to ask counsel. The remainder of the verse says, “we pray thee, of God, that we may know whether our way which we go shall be prosperous.” This lets us know that before we make a move, we need to seek the Lord for His guidance. 2. Put everything on the table so you can weigh every option, because it will help you know what will be the best time to do a thing. 3. If you are not comfortable yet, seek out counsel from someone you can trust. It should be someone who will have your best interest in mind. Proverbs 12:15 says, “The way of a fool is right in his own eyes: but he that hearkeneth unto counsel is wise.” Why is this so important? Because, timing is everything.
