Loft 1880
Description
Loft 1880 is a warm, inviting rustic space. It can be rented by the hour daily or nightly for parties up to 100 people. Rental Pricing:
Hourly Rate $90 per hour/2 hr minimum
Nightly Rate-5 hours
Sun-Thur $275
Fri-Sat $375 (parties under 70 people)
Fri-Sat $500 (parties over 70 people)
Additional hours to decorate $25
Renter may use catering menu supplied by Loft 1880 or bring in their own food.
Renter will also be required to supply their own paper goods (plates, napkins, utensils, etc) unless glassware is requested at the time of rental. Glassware place settings are $5.00/person
