Description
Jessica Morgan's School of Dance of Hanover (formerly Shuffles Dance Studio) has served the community for many years. JMSD of Hanover offers a full, progressive curriculum for ages 2 to adult, beginning to advanced levels. We offer Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Pointe, Musical Theater, Zumba, Modern/Contemporary and Lyrical.
Did you know that there are NO state, federal or certifications laws to open a dance studio? We are very proud that our instructors either have a college degree, have performed professionally, and/or are studying dance on the college level.
Our community is very important to us in that we support events such as the Mechanicsville Christmas Parade, perform at retirement centers, attend fall festivals, perform in the Virginia Dance Festival benefiting "Children's Hospital Foundation of Richmond" (http://www.virginiadancefestival.com). Our Spring shows support and benefit the show choirs of Hanover High School. The performances are open to the public and will be on Saturday, June 7th, 2014, 2 shows at 2:00 and 6:00 pm.
