Women of Steel - Evening Crew, what a bunch of legends! The great thing about group training is the energy and intensity of everyone pushing each other that little bit further, no struggling on your own. Your standards are influenced by those who you surround yourself with. I love how the community all supports one another to go beyond what they think is possible. All you have to do is: J.T.U= "Just Turn Up!"

*** What an Inspirational W.O.S Transformation! Wow! check out the incredible work of Women of Steel legend Vicky Bridger, fantastic! We are super proud of Vicky and the changes she has made. Vicky has taken action and stepped well outside her comfort zone and it has certainly paid off! All the hard work and dedication is captured in these photos, where she looks radiant and stunning! taken from our recent Women of Steel photoshoot. Vicky came to us 11 months having tried gyms and attending Zumba classes but wasn't sure how to target her problem areas. Her job was causing her to sit for a long period which made her uncomfortable and feeling out of shape, wanting to tone her tummy, hips and thighs as well as strengthen her core and upper body. What I love is how Vicky just threw herself into everything at W.OS, never having lifted weights before or used My Fitness Pal, Vicky gave everything her best effort, always turning up with a smile for everyone. I know Vicky would be the first to admit her nutrition isn't always perfect, but it doesn't matter, it all about progress and improvements and the positive change is so noticeable! so much so Vicky has booked herself on to our next shoot in October. Take a bow Vicky another trailblazing lady who is proving you can lift weights and look beautiful, toned and feminine.

A lady that has totally committed herself to consistently putting the work in and the results and images show the outcome of that hard work, Wow! Looking fantastic. 16 months of hard graft working towards the recent photo shoot with legendary physique photographer Matt Marsh resulted in Nicky going from 9st 7lbs and 25.2% in March 2018, to 8st 9lbs and 19.3% body fat on the 16th of May 2019. Nicky is a wife and mum with a young daughter, who works different shifts patterns with the police and doesn't always get that much sleep, yet does what she can when she can, choosing to put the work in, free from excuses and not let anything get in her way, fully focussed on improving herself. One of many trailblazing ladies at Women of Steel who are lifting weights and eating more of what they need to fuel their body to look and feel defined, but also have more energy and feel strong, realizing that eating less and doing relentless cardio isn't the best way to tone up. Nutrition wise keep in mind you don't have to stop having treats either, as that just isn't sustainable, as there is an emotional enjoyment connected to food which shouldn't be negatively affected. That said you do have to be structured and disciplined with your calories and macros in the right way at certain times, at one point Nicky was actually increasing her calories to add more lean muscle through eating in a calories surplus before then switching back to a deficit, its all possible when you stick to the plan, the process and turn up regularly. Go, Girl! 🙌
