ONLY if you pick them off!! Any kind of extension or overlay isn't damaging to your nails as long as it's applied correctly & removed correctly. Any of my clients who wear extensions find that within 4-6 weeks they have a gel overlay on their natural nail as their nails are long & healthy enough.

Nail extensions ''flirty flamingo'' & ''Pink tutu'' , this lovely lady is currently growing her natural nails underneath (keeping them short to get used to any kind of length). Extensions if looked after properly can be brilliant for growing your own nails out, in the next few weeks I'll be removing the extensions & using a gel overlay with gel Polish to keep her own nails nice & strong! 💅🏽
