Information for S2 bus users: The S2 service that runs via the Alma Inn at Soyland will have to take a diversion in January for approximately 8 weeks due to roadworks. Roadworks are due to Yorkshire Water and they are intending to completely close Black Shaw Clough Road between Lighthazels Road and the Alma Inn. Students who we believe are affected have been informed, but feel free to tag people in the comments, we’d hate anyone to miss the info. New route map:

What a great end to the term for our festive Drama students. You will go to the ball!

What a great night to put our community in the perfect Christmas Spirit! Thank you to all the students and adults who participated in our Christmas Concert at St Bartholomew's Church on Monday Evening. Fantastic music, dancing and readings.

Last Friday we were delighted to host our Community Lunch. We loved hearing about all our wonderful students' opportunities over this last year. We would like to say a big thank you to all our students for putting on wonderful performances, Bolton Brow Primary Academy for their wonderful singing and of course to all our great guests. And a very big well done to Scarlett O'Connor and Will Solomon who were fabulous chat show hosts. Graham Norton had better watch out!

It's the last day of term on Friday! Here's what you need to know. It's a non uniform day for all staff and students with no charge, a thank you for a great term. A few changes to the timetable. All other lessons run as normal periods 1-3: Registration: Year 9 assembly Period 1: Year 8 Xmas Concert Period 3: Year 7 Xmas Concert 12.35pm End of school for all students. The canteen will be open for 15 minutes of lunchtime for anyone who wants to eat. 12.50pm Buses depart. The only bus which is not available is the C14. Students who catch the C14 should make alternative arrangements.
