Set in the picturesque seaside village of Woolacombe, Barton Pharmacy is an independent dispensing chemist offering a wide range of service and products Barton Pharmacy is an independent pharmacy open all year round. We serve the local villages of a Woolacombe, Mortehoe, Georgeham, and surrounding larger towns of Ilfracombe & Braunton. Due to the large influx of tourists during the months of April to September we are the only pharmacy within 15 miles that is open 7 days a week.
Being a rural independant pharmacy we pride ourselves on our high levels of customer service and it is this value which drives our business ethos and ensures we receive strong loyalty from both locals and regular holidaymakers.
We offer core services such as dispensing and a repeat collection service with the Combe Coastal practice surgery in Woolacombe & Ilfracombe.
We also offer enhanced services such as free medicine optimisation reviews, quit smoking programmes, free blood pressure testing, diabetes screening, the morning after pill (free for 16-19year olds) and chlamydia screening.
In addition to the services mentioned we also have an extensively stocked shop including medicines, toiletries, cosmetics, sun preparations & after sun, general sundries, baby food, nappies & accessories, reading & sun glasses, vitamins & supplements, veterinary medicines, homeopathic remedies and sanitary products.

Although we aim to stock as wide a range of products as possible, if we do not have the product you are looking for then we can normally order it in with 24-48 hours and look to stock it in future if you wish
