** We are recruiting staff ** The Outdoor Adventure team are currently recruiting casual staff to join our team working across our two locations Scotmans Flash and Haigh Woodland Park Watersports Instructors - We are looking for experienced, enthustic and hardworking watersports instructors to work at Scotmans Flash Activity Centre. Quaifications to teach sailing, windsurfing kayaking or canoeing are essential High Ropes staff - Excellent customer service skills and a head for heights are what is essential to work on our high ropes course at Haigh Woodland Park. Previous experience is not essential as full training will be given. Experience of running sessions in archery, bushcraft, problem solving, climbing, mountian biking, raftbuilding etc will come in handy at both locations Seasonal contracts may be available for the right candidates. The BCU one star course is great for beginners who are looking to get involved in Kayaking and Canoeing. A gentle introduction to paddlesport, this course covers the fundamental skills and concepts needed to paddle a kayak. There will also be the opportunity to try out other paddle craft such as open canoes, stand up paddleboard (SUPs) and Katakanus. Course dates: Saturday 7th April Cost: £75 The course cost includes a free place on one of our Saturday morning beginner sessions sessions (usually £10).
