What an incredible day yesterday celebrating the resurrection of Jesus! 2 amazing services, a powerful gospel presentation, and salvations in the house. It was great to see so many of you. We wanted to say a huge thank you to the army of volunteers, all generations, who make this happen. You guys are the best! Happy Easter!

Oh no! Not again!! Sometimes we find ourselves caught up in destructive patterns. Our thoughts, feelings, habits, words, emotions...they can often get out of control. We resolve never to get caught up again in those patterns. We tell ourselves that we've learned lessons from our mistakes. Then an incident, a temptation or someone else's actions trigger a response or reaction we thought we had under control. The negative cycle repeats itself again...and again...and again. We have good news! We can live in freedom from life's negative cycles. We can overcome destructive habits and patterns. We can overcome sin! Here's why. Jesus said in John 8:36, "So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed." Through his death and resurrection, Jesus has set us free. We have freedom to live wholesome lives and walk in freedom...every single day. Where others see helplessness, we see FREEDOM! That's what Easter is all about.
