Struggled to decide which photo of the day yesterday was my favourite! So I had some help deciding and we've narrowed it down to these two! Well done to everyone who entered we had some lovely photos to decide from! Well done to Sophie and Nathan! Sophie, we chose yours because of the comedy factor of the adorable dog in the bunny ears hat (sticking with the theme!) and also because of the lovely depth of field! Nathan, we chose yours because you planned your photo well and stuck with the yolk theme...! :) Lovely colours and good use of the packaging as a DIY backdrop! My photo a day challenge starts tomorrow!!! I decided to start my own Photo a Day challenge to inspire fellow creatives to step outside of their comfort zones and get extra creative!! 💡📷🎨 I often hear people say "I love taking photos, but I have nothing to photograph" or "I am lacking inspiration" here's a list of words to help inspire your photos this April! I will be posting up my favourite photos from each day and at the end of April, I will be announcing an overall winner who will be awarded photo of the month in addition to a one-to-one studio lighting photography workshop with me at my studio OR a one-to-one Photoshop Workshop with me (the winner can decide!). How was this a whole year ago?!

I have decided to start a Photo a Day challenge to help inspire creatives to step out of their comfort zone! I will post my favourite pictures from each day and select a final winner at the end of each month, that person will win an amazing prize! The first prize (April) is a one to one Photography workshop. The themes for the April photo a day challenge were carefully chosen by the two students I had with me for work experience, help support them by joining the competition! :) Photos can be uploaded to Instagram with the listed Hashtags or posted to this page. A picture showing the themes more clearly will be uploaded at the end of this month. Step out of your comfort zone and get creative!
