Pebble's Playhouse has been set up for parents who want the best for their children before school, throughout the day, after school and during the holidays.
I plan the day incorporating the statutory guidance set out by Ofsted and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to ensure that each child is provided with fun and stimulating activies appropriate to their age and level of development.

Please dress warm and snuggly tomorrow! We will be walking to and from school so please feel free to bring wellies to walk in and spare shoes for school (I can take the wellies home with me and bring them back at pick up time) We will be leaving at 8:10am to get everyone to school safely and on time, therefore if you require breakfast, please arrive before 7:50am. 🎉🎉 HUGE MILESTONE TODAY🎉🎉 Little friend who was very nervous around animals has just called me to see " Claire, I giving Joey cuddle!" (Excuse the dodgy haircut, he's been poorly) Lots and lots of reassurance and slow introduction has been given over the last 18 months to achieve this 😍🐱😍🐱😍

Today I had planned a circus themed activity day for half term. We were SUPPOSED to be building dens a circus tents in the garden but the children wanted to make mud pies and left muddy foot prints in my kitchen. We were SUPPOSED to be designing and decorating clown hats but instead the children turned them into mega phones! (Sorry neighbours!) Today was SUPPOSED to be how I'd planned, like every day ... BUT IT NEVER IS! What has happened instead is that I have a houseful of happy little friends comfortable in my home choosing what they would like to do. I had planned to lead them today but instead they are leading me in their excitement, imagination and ideas! This is how children learn, This is how they grow confident in play. I love my babies, all 9000000 of them and we are having a really great day! ❤
🌞🐼🌞 Pebbles and friends have been enjoying the sunshine this summer and have been playing outdoors! We have played with water, sand, Playdoh and rice. We have made new friends. We have been bug hunting, exploring the local parks, been on walks, enjoyed a day at Chessington and have painted pottery ... and we're only half way through! 🌞🐼🌞
A week full goodbyes ahead of us as our little Pebbles move on to full time school and our bigger Pebbles go onto secondary school. Lots of surprises in store to make our final week together extra awesome! Good luck on your next adventure! xxxx
For the first time since Pebbles Playhouse opened, I will have spaces for children of all ages from August 2016. My little friends are moving to full time school and my bigger friends are moving to secondary school :( I am Ofsted Registered with a "Good" rating from my last inspection. I am DBS checked and am up to date with all of my required training (First Aid, Food Hygiene, Safeguarding, Data Protection). My Gadebridge based setting is open from 7:30 until 18:30 and I am happy to be flexible. I offer before school, after school and holiday care, as well as full time care for under 5s. I currently collect and drop off at Galley Hill School and St Cuthbert Mayne School. Please contact me for an information pack, if you have any questions and if you would like to arrange a visit.
