Certified to teach Yoga Asana, Pranayama, Meditation and Yoga Therapy by the International Yoga Alliance, Charlie studied at the prestigious Om Shanti Om Yoga school in Rishikesh, India under Yogi Dinesh Shastri and the 106-Year-Old Himalayan Swami Yogananda Maharaja.
Offering private one-to-one or group tuition in Hatha and Ashtanga inspired Asana (postures and physical exercises) and both Buddhist and Yogic Meditation techniques.
I offer a free consultation service to discuss what it is that you would like to get out of yoga and Meditation practise - be it relaxation, therapy, mindfulness or just all-round health and fitness - based on this consultation I can then holistically design my classes and tuition to fit you and your needs.
