What a well earned win for AJ last nite in the ring In fact they were both worthy winners Just goes to show that with the right attitude and training you can achieve the win So get them trainers out Get motivated N achieve your win But the main thing is enjoy it
Just watched the weekends sport round up on BBC massive weekend of sport blah blah blah n not one single mention of the London marathon Now I may be bi ast but to me runningv26.2 miles is far more arduous n challenging than kicking a bag of air around for 90 nins So from me good luck to anyone running tomoro enjoy n be proud of what you are about to achieve

Well Easter is nearly over managed to get out on the bike run and swim and even drink some beer no eggs tho as I'm not a chocolate fan but if you are n want to burn some of the negative overloaded calories off get in touch

No need for crappy sugary energy drinks powder or fan dangle supplements just plain old fruit (on offer to only a quid ) n H2O(free) for my fuel = just a man with his will to survive as a trained nutritional adviser I can help you chose the right fuel

Just to prove training smart works 4 half marathons over 4 years with improvements in finish time every year You to could improve if you learn how to train smart
Slow steady run increasing pace on last half
Running is all about making it to the finish it's no good going for a 8 mile run and covering the first 2 in a sprint and then not completing the other 6 miles due to lack of energy It's all about learning about your body's stentghs and weakness You should always finish the last half ideally stronger and faster than the first come train smart with me n get results

Well first of all well done to every one who took part and well done to the organisers for a well organised event as always It was a windy event with some blustery head winds The crowd support was amazing as always I managed a time if 1.15.54 new PB so well happy (in the wind two ) I'll be starting to take bookings soon if any one wants to improve on there time for next year or any upcoming events I'll meet you first free of charge for a chat and assessment then take it from there if anyone's interested Remember smart training really does prouduce results
