We have 2 instructors who have been training for around 30 years and teaching for the last 20 years..
The club has a tremendous history and a multitude of former students have moved on to other aspects of martial arts after obtaining their foundations in Lau Gar..
We have always been a family and always will be for every member past, present and future.

facebook.comHi all it's been a while. Recovering from illness and generally being a bit fed up as unable to train or teach. It's great to see a lot of traffic in this page still. Well, I'm not letting that defeat me. There's a lot of information still here about Sunderland Lau Gar and the Lau Gar system in general that we all have to be proud of. I don't see an end to the club... Merely an extended break. Watch this space everyone...
George Craig's 50th birthday became a Lau Gar reunion with Sifu Robert Tin and a bunch of the old gang. Great to reminisce and see everyone.
All classes are suspended indefinitely and have been for some time. Any change will be communicated immediately.
