AMG offer nursing and care in people's own homes with a range of needs including those who require support with medication to those with complex needs. AMG provides care solutions to all areas where nursing, care and support staff are needed. Since the company was established in 1983, it has provided a cost effective service to those who require the most complex care at home, through to those simply wanting assistance in their daily living.
AMG provides a complete assessment package, providing specialist nurses to meet some of the most complex needs.
Our service include Care and Nursing Services, Training Centre, Medico Legal Services and Case Management Services.

LINCOLN BRANCH!!!! Due to our recent expansion at our Lincoln branch we are now recruiting dedicated health care support workers to join our team. High quality, well trained people are the backbone of our company. All our care and nursing staff undertake our intensive induction course and – it doesn’t end there. Our ongoing training programme ensures that our staff are continuously updated through a range of courses, including those specific to the needs of individual. What AMG can offer you – £8.44 - £10.45 per care call £11.00 - £13.00 per hour for day/night sits Full or part time work Availability based rotas Fully paid training Clinical support and further training by our experienced nursing team Local work in your area Free uniform A welcoming and supportive office team What you need – A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential. Availability to work flexibly and are able to work two weekends a month. Experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. Legal Services Manager Staffordshire An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced manager to join an expanding Staffordshire based healthcare business, specialising in providing nursing care and medical legal services. We're looking for an experienced individual with a strong managerial background, to provide management support to the medical expert witness team as well as the administrative function within the department. Whilst experience of working in a legal department is desirable, we are looking for someone with a drive and passion to learn and to build our business. The successful candidate will therefore need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record in business development and relationship management. The successful candidate will need to be able to lead the legal service business and continue its position in the market as "best in class". A drive to achieve results is therefore essential. The successful candidate will be a positive leader and focused on delivering results in a demanding, competitive and fast paced environment. With an eye for detail they will be responsible for quality assurance within the department and ensure that professional feedback and support is given to the expert witness team. On a day to day basis, they will be responsible for generating new relationships with claimant and defendant solicitors/barristers, as well as maintaining and building on the existing customer base. Essential Experience: Customer focused and commercially astute with the ability to manage budgets.Goal oriented. Experienced in business management in a team-oriented environment. Ability to develop service and staff.
