Lovely to see our ex-Senior Dental Nurse Debbie today. She moved on from the practice just over 3 years ago and, along with friend Diane, set up her own dental recruitment company and consultancy service. It’s brilliant to see her doing so well and makes us both really proud to have played a wee part in her story!! Debbie and Diane ran their first CPD event today on CPR and Basic Life Support led by the very knowledgeable Simon Reay of Dental Life Support. Corsehill Dental Care were delighted to be the venue for such a successful day and everyone enjoyed Simon’s approach! The ladies plan on offering further CPD events in 2018 so watch this space!!

There will be some building work taking place on the premises for the foreseeable future. During this time we ask that you take extra care on approach to the practice. This little tub is famous - we’ve thought about replacing it with a fancy tin or a new box, but the tub has history! Waited for eagerly by kids after they’ve seen the dentist, the “sticker tub” is now rumoured to be around 17 years old! Wow! We inherited it over a decade ago from the lovely Mrs Leggate and it had been going for a while then 🙈 How many wee hands have leafed through the stickers kept there to find their favourite Disney Princess or super hero or the latest cartoon craze? How many of those wee hands now bring their own babies along to have their teeth counted? So.....our wee sticker tub is here to stay - it’s part of the tradition at Corsehill and part of the fabric of what is special to us.....all our lovely patients and their families ☺️ Happy Easter to you all from the Corsehill Team 🐣

The practice will be closed for the long weekend. We close at 5.30pm on Thursday 29th March and reopen on Tuesday 3rd April at 9am. Dental emergencies will be seen by our EDS colleagues accessed by calling 111 in the event of an emergency. A dental emergency means extreme pain, facial swelling, bleeding or trauma. The Corsehill team wish you and your families a happy Easter 🐣

So, Corsehill Dental Care is a big 11 today - wow!! Many thanks to our wonderful patients and your families for your loyalty and for allowing us the privilege to care for you over the years. Huge thanks to our fantastic team who go above and beyond to make ours the friendliest wee practice in Ayrshire!! Happy birthday CDC 🎂🥂👏🏼😁 PS we used a picture of a cake rather than a real one because we know the rules on snacking between meals and we’re being very very good little tooth fairies today 😜

Murphy is 17 years young today. If you see her on your way into the practice, stop and wish her a happy birthday! She loves being made a fuss of by all our lovely patients ☺️
