Fitness classes mainly in Stewarton and Dunlop, East Ayrshire and , Neilston/Barrhead. The SHRED SHED Scotland runs fitness classes for real people living a modern BUSY family life.
Maggie is a group X teacher with pre and post natal exercise qualifications. Maggie teaches Metafit, Insanity, Various Dance Fitness Programs including Zumba, PiYo, Water fitness and Yummy Mummy classes.
Alex is a strength training instructor and running coach. Alex teaches muddy trials bootcamp, trail running and strength training.
Family life is busy. Add after school activities, walking pets, looking after relatives to your normal working hours...you have no time, right? You are the last person who gets time to yourself let alone exercise! Yet every magazine you look at, every day on the news you hear exercise more, be more active. It's a constant pressure, a constant battle with time, energy and motivation. WE GET IT! The SHRED SHED is trying to help you get your exercise.
s "Our dawn classes run Monday to Friday before work. This is our SHRED army. The hard bit is getting up a bit earlier. But after that you have worked out before your brain is switched on and you have done it! The evenings are free for you and your family. Members of our SHRED army rave on about how much more energy they have, how great they feel and how much fitter and healthier they are. They LOVE it.
Don't give yourself time to change your mind - take the kids to school in your gym kit and come to the School Drop off classes. Handy for parents, shift worker who have just dropped off their young ones, a quick workout then on to finish the one million jobs on that list.
When the working day is done, before you go home and kick off your shoes and don't want to move off the couch...come along to our early evening classes at 6PM. See, we KNOW you!
And then the later classes for people who need their dinner first, or on shifts, waiting for the other half to come in to watch the kids.
Weekend classes too from outdoor adventure runs, muddy boot camps, Zumba and Metafit.
Classes are usually 30 minutes long. We have Strength, Stretch and High Intensity classes running all week.
New Mummies, a class twice a week for you AND your Bubba.
Kick Start Boot Camp and Kick Ass Boot Camp run for 4 weeks at a time throughout the year.
