Southampton Gymnastics Club Southampton Gymnastics Club offers the most comprehensive service for gymnastics of any city. 4 decades of experience have witnessed the club's repeated success upon the international, national and regional gymnastics scene. The club caters for children from 18 months of age upwards, starting with its pre-school gymnastics programme, through to the international competitor, whereby specialist facilities and coaching expertise are offered.
The club's headquarters are located at the Southampton Gymnastics Centre in the grounds of Redbridge Community School, which is purpose built for gymnastics. It boasts a main hall complete with sprung floor, tumble track, fast track, sunken trampoline, and the unique feature of a 'gymnastics pit', which is essential for producing national champions. in addition there is a second sprung floor located in a separate gymnasium, a dance studio and a weights' room.

***WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP SILVER MEDALISTS!!!*** What a day...what a week of competition! Our wonderful Women's Pair of Stephanie Ricketts and Toula Raftapoulou performed an incredible Combined routine in the final of the World Championships and with a massive score of 28.350 took a superb and deserved silver medal. Everyone at SGC is so proud of their fantastic achievement. Well done girls A huge thank you must also go to our Nathan and our entire coaching team, the girls' teammates, the club management and really importantly, the girls' parents, who we're sure must be over the moon.
WORLD CHAMPS FINAL TIMINGS Hi Everyone, We have just had confirmation from Nathan that Steph & Toula are set to compete their Combined routine in their final at 14.50 (our time). Look forward to another great performance from the girls. A huge GOOD LUCK from everyone here at SGC. 🍀🍀🍀

**World Championships Day 1 Update** Well done to our Junior WP Steph & Toula who finished in 2nd after the first qualification routine today. The girls performed a stunning dynamic routine showing great amplitude and precise landings, earning them a score of 27.250. Good luck girls in the balance qualification routine Tomorrow evening. WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP UPDATE Just had these pics in from Elite Head Coach, Nathan, who is out at the World Champs in Antwerp, Belgium, with our dynamic duo of Stephanie Ricketts and Toula Raftapoulou, having just finished podium training for today. As you can see the girls are enjoying the experience, whilst conjuring those happy memories of their successes together at the European Championships last year. Team SGC wishes Steph and Toula the absolute very best of luck for their entire competition and would welcome our community of followers and supporters to post a good luck message for the girls. Ryan had a tough group of 12 in National Level 2 and despite injuring his finger during his first run he carried on 😊 Finley won a bronze medal!
