Read Adam's story... why Wardy is taking on London2Paris!

Our lovely member, David Ward is raising money for Cure Leukaemia by cycling from London to Paris Bike Ride on the 12th of September 2019 in dedication to his friend, Adam Joyce. Cure Leukaemia is an amazing charity who are doing things a little differently – they want to be put out of business. With the right funding, Cure Leukaemia have the ability to eradicate a blood cancer within the next 15 years. Adam is a 20 year veteran Fire Fighter, saving the lives of people (and cats) on a daily basis. He is also a Leukaemia survivor. Since hearing the amazing words “you are cured” Adam has become a Trustee of the charity and dedicates huge amounts of his spare time to living life to the full whilst raising tens of thousands of pounds on behalf of this fabulous charity. If you could spare a moment to read Adam's story and are able to make a contribution either big or small, it would be hugely appreciated. By supporting, you can help Cure Leukaemia take the gamble out of blood cancer survival.

Nearly every movement is dependent on an athlete’s ability to stabilize the core, as it can enhance force output and prevent injury. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ T I P S ... 💥 Stand with feet hip width apart 💥 Hold handle with both hands against chest 💥 Engage your core and press out the handle so your arms are extended 💥 Resist the pull of the cable to ensure your torso doesn’t rotate 💥 Repeat for 3 sets of 15 each side
