More zinc soakers replaced with new lead one.
Repairs to a double chimney stack
9 times out of 10 if you have damp around a chimney Breast it will be your old Zinc soakers Corroded so the best solution is to replace them with lead.
Putting right someone else’s mess, this roof if you can call it that should never of had tiles on it from the start . The only solution was to take it all taken off and skipped the lot. then new decking, complete with pre-formed fibreglass trims Polyroof 185 base coat and fibreglass matting.
Phase 1 of a loft conversion, 2 Velux windows installed and valley repointed
Garage doors removed and bricked up to make way for new single upvc door yet to be fitted
Chimney removed and roof retiled
New fibreglass roof completed with new decking, pre-formed fibreglass trims, matting, base coat and taped joins using polyroof 185 system finished with a nice topcoat all ready now for new roof light
New fencing erected after some person vandalised the older one
Rotten bottom meter, taken off and replaced with breathable felt, new lats and new felt supports also 8 tile vents fitted to reduce condensation in the loft space
