Did my good deed for the day today in the absence of the lifeguards! Helped a lady and two dogs off the rocks who were cut off by the tide. Downside is that someone pinched Will Gibson's smelly towel whilst I was in action!!!

Oh dear, don't know what went wrong with my carrot cake but it it bounced higher than the tennis balls and even the dogs wouldn't eat it !! Must've missed something out lol

Had an amazing little visitor this morning - a black mink toddled down the hill, past the buckets and spades and went under the shack. He reappeared and walked past a couple with a dog into the long grass!!

A tad bleak at Cayton Bay today! Felt sorry for the RNLI lifeguards who had to patrol the beach in these cold conditions :-(
Beach cleaning again !
RNLI lifeguards start back this Saturday 29th April (weekends and holidays only until June). Andy and Sam have been busy cleaning and getting the unit ready - well done guys, you've done a great job!
