Another brilliant weekend supporting Team GB in their first round Davis Cup tie versus Spain in Marbella. Not the result we hoped for but loads to be positive about! Liam Broady was excellent and Cameron Norrie was sensational. Looked very much at home on the world stage and a real Davis Cup natural! Such a privilege to be there to see such a phenomenal debut. Our travelling party also found some time to play some tennis themselves at the fantastic Royal Tennis Club Marbella! Great accommodation, beautiful clay courts and lovely food! Huge thank you to Aysa and all the wonderful staff for looking after us. We’ll be back very soon! Also lovely to catch up once again with our Twinned Club Wortham Lawn Tennis Club. Always a pleasure! But the real highlight of the weekend was seeing our friend Cathie Sabin at British Tennis looking so healthy and happy! Let’s do it all again at the play-off in September!

Our Annual John Harris Memorial Tournament recently postponed due to bad weather will be held next Sunday (14th January) starting 2pm prompt. A fun, relaxed social tournament to blow off the winter cobwebs, remember a dear friend and raise some money for a great cause!
