As you may know you may know we lost the lease on the gym. Finding a new home for the club is proving very slow. In the future there will be Tri style MMA Adults classes again, but not for a while. The kids classes will carry on as normal on Thursday 4.30pm with more new kids classes starting in September. I know a few of the other instructors past and present have and will start holding their own classes. Feel free to check them out they are all good. But please taken in mind none of them have passed their black belts in the Tri-style system and are not/can not teach the Official Tri-Style MMA system or syllabus. I am available for 1 to 1 sessions weekday mornings and afternoons. I will also do private gradings for anyone still wishing to advance through the system.
