Julie and David, brother and sister, started The Lifestyle Spa because they wanted to make available a plethora of excellent alternative, holistic therapies to the residents of Ruthin and surrounding areas.
Their knowledge and experience in essential oils, aromatherapy and holistic therapies began 1989. They sold pure essential oils to colleges, NHS, spas, complementary/beauty therapists as well as individuals, along with organising health awareness days, alternative therapy workshops and weekend courses aimed at professionals and tasters for the layman.
They’ve been lucky enough to work with holistic practitioners, beauticians and beauty editors at the top of their game.
Julie and David have developed and formulated natural, luxury skin care products. They were tried, tested and endorsed by renowned beauty experts and celebrities, with outstanding results.
Julie trained in Aromatherapy with Shirley Price and has written regular articles for national beauty and regional alternative therapy magazines, focusing mainly on aromatherapy, essential oils and their use for specific conditions.
