Just a polite notice... After getting in touch with other pole schools I now have to put some new things into place I understand things sometimes pop up in our lives so we can’t always keep lessons. The time slot of your lesson could of been filled in with another student wanting a lesson. Please if you could try and give me atleast 24 hours notice for a cancellation. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of lesson cost Block booking have to be used week after week, as well as giving one extra week on top of that. If not used in 2 months they are written off. Other companies.... if a lesson is cancelled they lose it This is only fair to the business, as well as myself and other students wanting a lesson Everyone will be asked to sign and date a new form regarding this. I am cheaper than a lot of schools around so I only think this is fair as I do try my hardest to fit people in and still get cancellations with very little notice Kez xx Thank you and thanks for understanding
