Metafit is a high intensity interval blast where you work for only half an hour but it will help you burn extra calories for 24 hours!
It is purely bodyweight exercises that can be varied for anyone can do.
CHIPPER is a highly intense superset class that lasts between 40 minutes and 1 hour. It is a mixture between bodyweight exercise and traditional Olympic lifting.
You are given a set female/male weight that can be increased/decreased depending on your Muscular Strength capability. Guaranteed to be the HARDEST workout of your week.
(Best to book a spot for this one. Personal Training Class. Max. 10 participants.)
Kettlefit - Kettlebell exercise have been discovered to hit your CORE and LEGS first, then like a tree, if your roots and trunk are STRONG then so will your upperbody and arms follow suit. NO MORE BINGO WINGS BABY!
Bootcamp is the pure GRIT of WilL B fit. It will teach you how to perform unconventional lifts such as Tyre Flipping, Battlerope drills, new Plyometric exercise etc. With safety and balanced muscle growth qualities! You're not just there to gain a GOOD LOOKING BODY, but to also become a HEALTHIER HUMAN BEING!
Spin Bikes are a great tool for exercise for 2 reasons.
If there are 2 things Fitness Instructors should tell you about immediate CALORIE and FAT BURN, it is that:
1. Long endurance exercise is the MOST efficient way of burning fat.
And
2. That LOWER BODY exercises are the greatest calorie smasher out there. Your legs and bum are the largest and most powerful part of you.
Thus there is no comparison!
MetCon (Metabolic Conditioning), like Bootcamp, requires not just strength but HEART! It will push you through your boundaries with exercises that will use muscles you didn't even know you had, whilst at the same time raising your metabolism meaning this: Consume the same calories - Burn MORE calories.
LBT-X is not your typical Leg, Bum and Tum workout. It IS our only exercise-to-music class which requires you performing exercises to the beat of the latest TUUUUUUNES!
However, we don't do 5000 reps of side-bends, nor do we train one butt-cheek for 6 minutes before moving to the other side....
This class offers MUCH more potential! Multiple muscle groups being trained at once to once again give your body that METABOLIC RESPONSE!
Twice the workout in half the time.

If you love the Kettlebells but don't have quite the time for Kettlefit, there is the Kettlebell Matrix!
All I can call it is an adaption between Kettlefit and Metafit!
This class is NEW and has a lot of followers already. It's only 30 minutes long and a test of MENTAL STRENGTH!

So, since January, I've tried a NEW APPROACH to Thursday night/Friday morn MetCons! I've tried to make it as diverse and more importantly - METABOLIC every week by shocking your bodies!
