With a background of 14 years as a physiotherapist, treating problems of athletes to city desk workers to post pregnancy, Rachel Maccabee has found the benefits of sports massage to be so great she has now decided to dedicate one of her clinics solely to the manipulation and adaption of soft tissue. One of the reasons regular massage has become so popular, is that it lowers the pain or discomfort that you maybe feeling without medication or surgical treatments,and has been cited to prevent problems.
Based here in Radlett Physiotherapy every Thursday, Rachel will design a programme that will work well for your body, and work specifically on the areas that you need help with, tailoring massage that is right for you.
