This client ‘Kirn Digpal’ that has been coming here since I opened the salon, on and off. Repeatedly complains that her nails broke, but never come in when she apparently broke them, instead conveniently this client comes at the weekend wanting her nails fixed and all repainted for free. I asked over the phone, “why could your nails have chipped?”, she responded saying “I don’t know, i haven’t done anything, I haven’t even been to work” then I said why didn’t you come in or call Monday when it happened? She said “I couldn’t get hold of you because I was at work”. I have been very patient up until now, always done the service free of charge even though she didn’t come back straight away. This has happened more than four times now. I do not appreciate abuse over the telephone, especially when I told her to come in to rectify. As for the fringe trim, it is clearly stated on my price list that fringe trims are £3. If I choose to give away a free fringe trim out of good will then that is up to me. This client also came in with her grown up daughter, who took my nail varnish and decided to paint her own nails with it. I’m not sure why, if the customer care is so terrible, why come back? There are plenty of other nail salons, but they probably wouldn’t put up with this repeated behaviour. I strongly advise this customer to go elsewhere for any services.
