Saturday 9th July we are holding our 10th anniversary birthday celebrations. As a way of saying 'thank you' to our students for supporting the studio over the past 10 years. We are holding 3 sessions, throughout the day. Session 1 is currently FULL, but there are spaces available for session 2 and session 3. The butterfly is an apt metaphor for us this summer as we align with the beauty of nature and allow it to set us free ..... Join me on the mat this Friday for align and flow yoga 11.15am-12.30pm where we can use our practice to guide us to find freedom, flexibility and strength in the body with a sense of peace and then we can take flight in the direction of our dreams.
