🍏 Yayy !! Beckie is back on Thursday morning at 10am with a lovely food themed class here at Shake Rattle and Roll. She's got spaghetti worms, apple dunking and dinner plate crafting, all aimed at stimulating your babies and little one's perceptions of the world around them. It's going to be lovely x 🍏

Bookings are now being taken for our next BABY MASSAGE and BABY YOGA courses here at Shake Rattle and Roll, Pontefract starting on Tuesday 22nd May with Baby Massage at 10am and Baby Yoga at 11am. Baby Massage can have many benefits for both baby and their parent/carer, such as: Strengthening the parent/carer-baby bond Boosting confidence in parenting Relaxing both parent and baby Promoting better sleeping patterns Relieving the discomfort of colic, wind and constipation Developing muscle tone Baby Yoga follows a series of simple stretches and gentle muscle stimulation making it a great post natal exercise and gentle stretching to help them become stronger and recover more quickly by: - Improving posture - Developing Core Strength - Helping with back pain - Easing tiredness Baby Yoga also helps with baby's coordination, brain development, motor skills, balance, sleeping patterns, muscle development and social interaction (amongst other things). It can also help with a number of common problems such as colic, teething, constipation and slow weight gain. Baby Moo is a lovely baby sensory session to awaken baby's senses and Messy Moo is exactly how it sounds...super Messy Play ! Farmyard themed this week.
