Upton Village Fishing Club
Description
Upton village fishing club runs a two and a quarter acre lake with 32 pegs available. Membership required and available from south Kirkby angling Centre Upton Village Fishing Club runs the two and a quarter acre lake on the park in which 32 pegs are available.
The lake is stocked Roach, perch, chub, ide, tench and carp. The club has Sunday matches in the summer months and junior matches on weekday evenings which incorporate a training session. Membership required in order to fish (NO DAY-TICKETS) Please contact South Kirkby Angling on 01977 647288 for details on membership costs. An Environment Agency rod licence is also required.
We also have a second smaller pond about 500 metres west of the main lake, from the car park gate turn right at the next gate turn right walk down
the old railway track when you come to the bridge turn left and there it is

Sykehouse match Sunday 15th. Please ensure you bring your fishing trolleys. Due to the wet conditions you won't be allowed to drive around the lake . Do not bring your own keepers or landing nets these are supplied by the fishery.
