3 bedroom build coming along nicely at St Just Joe and Solar panel install by Davey and Gilbert Mark.

A deralict cottage total gut and double storey extension all to Customers own specifications.

Hi Jason, I hope you had a good break. Thanks for your invoice I will be paying it this week. I was in Pendeen for a few days last week and stayed in the cottage. I had a couple of mattresses delivered whilst I was there, the coffin hatch trap door worked brilliantly, I really don't think I'd have got them upstairs otherwise. The cupboards and shelves in the front room were just what we had wanted. The upstairs extra floorboards were such a good match for the original floorboards. The worktop over the washer and freezer looked great. The back gate looks great. In fact I was pleased with everything you have done, many thanks. I was looking back at some photos from before you started, such an amazing transformation. many thanks again.

Another before and after , this time removing 3 walls and replacing with steel RSJs to make a beautiful open plan living area!

A record time ,10 day project whilst the Customers were on there hols , New floor insulation, New floor ,new ceilings, new walls, all replastered /painted/kitchen I want to thank my amazing team of mates and workers, Gavin,Sam,Jim,Jody,Mat,Jordan,Dan,Sean,,Elliot,Ryan. Fantastic work men the customers are buzzing they couldnt quite believe it !!
