Description
4th year hospitality students at Oxford Brookes hosting an event, Bite Into Botanics on Thursday 2nd March 2017 We are five 4th year hospitality students planning and managing an event. Bite Into Botanics focuses on cooking with foods which can be found in the garden which most people tend to forget about.
Our aim is to educate people about the different types of Botanics which can be used in cooking and how they can be grown and used at home.
Our event will be taking place in the Brookes Restaurant on Thursday 2nd March 2017
