Description
We hold British Showjumping, NSEA, Cricklands & Trailblazer qualifiing events on our prestigious 100x120m grass arena.
Just outside Oxford off the A40 About Us
First opened in the late 1950’s by the late Kenneth Colman and his son Barry, the Centre has long been associated with prestigious show jumping events such as the Dunhill International.
Today, the Centre and its bustling livery yard are run by his Granddaughter, Laura. While keen to preserve the Centre’s unique character, they are continuing to develop its potential:
A spacious, well-equipped clubhouse for functions and equestrian events now looks out over the 120 x 100m superb grass competition arena.

Spaces for Warren Lamperd's Arena Eventing Clinic still available for this Thursday 19th January. Heights to suit all at 70cms, 80cms or 90cms. £35 for a hourly group lesson (maximum of 4 riders) Please call Julia on 07539 279278 to book.
No rain at Cherwell but it is looking quite grey! We are still running today and if it gets too wet the clubhouse will be open to provide some bacon sandwiches and hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows! See you later and remember we can take very limited entries at the end of each class.

WEBBS WOOD ARENA XC AT CHERWELL THIS SUNDAY 15 JANUARY - Entries Close on Friday at 5 pm. Entries still being taken online for our Arena XC this Sunday. There will be seven show jumps followed by 12 portable cross country jumps and a ride through water splash. If you are attending the NSEA on Sunday and fancy a round of XC then we have stables and hook up available and the clubhouse will be open serving hot food on both days! SOMETHING ELSE NEW FOR CHERWELL! The Schedule is now available to view on our website for Cherwell's Spring Showing Show to be held on Sunday 5th February. This includes Showing Qualifiers for VHS 2016/17 AREA SPRING QUALS, ROYAL LONDON QUALS, EQUIFEST QUALS, TOYS QUALS AND TRAILBLAZERS. We do hope that you can join us.
