The result of bodyroc studio has came about after many years of teaching fitness.
Group fitness is the most fun and motivating way to workout drawing support from each other. All of the classes offered are taught safely and professionally.
Piloxing mixes boxing, pilates and dance, it is an exciting interval workout burning up to 900 calories in 1 hour.
Booty Barre is the latest workout to go down a storm throughout the states and its finally hit Omagh.It is a barre workout that fuses fitness techniques from dance pilates and yoga - who does'nt envy a dancers physique?
Ugi Fit is a 30 min workout that uses an Ugi Ball as the main piece of equipment - think soft weighted medicine ball, there is fit and there is UgiFit, this is one killer core, strength and cardio workout.
Piyo Strength is a blend of pilates, yoga and athletic training designed for hyper people who know they need to stretch but like to move at a faster pace.
